Selective criteria

To ensure service quality, professional expertise, and brand integrity, OLIVIA GARDEN Professional Products are distributed through a network of authorized partners that meet objective qualitative criteria.

These criteria are based on a number of key considerations designed to strengthen and preserve the brand’s image and reputation.
Their purpose is to ensure that the brand is represented in a manner consistent with its values and positioning, as any failure to comply with these requirements could affect and diminish the brand’s image.

Our Selective Distribution System is based on objective, proportionate, and non-discriminatory criteria.

Failure to respect some of these criteria may result in refusal of the application

Risks of non applying

    • A non-authorised partner will no longer be able to source OLIVIA GARDEN products for resale. Their supplier will be required to cease all deliveries.
    • Any authorised partner who sells to a non-authorised reseller commits a serious breach. This may result in compensation claims and/or termination of the agreement.

In the absence of an application during the application phase (March 5 – July 1, 2026), no authorization to sell Olivia Garden products in SDS markets can be granted.
